Took my tiny tiny long haired Chihuahua (5lbs) in for sudden face swelling. Doc said dental abscess and teeth needed to be removed. Made the appointment for the dental but within a day my dog got a lot worse. Sent in pic and they called me back and made availability to get him in the next day. I was so nervous because my other little one's dental went horribly wrong years ago at a different place. These dogs were siblings. Dr had to remove several teeth and cleaned up his mouth. Upon picking him up his swelling was already down to half and by the next day almost down to nothing. He has healed in no time and is doing great! It hasn't even been a week and my dog is running around happy and eating! I am so grateful that they were gentle and careful with him. Because of his size and age, 15 + years old it's a tough procedure. Dr. Sandigo and his team were excellent! Highly recommended. Special thanks to Jess for being so helpful! ❤️🙏2
My husband and I went to the Pet Clinic because our 15 year old baby was passing. We hadn't heard of this place and went on a recommendation from Lakey. The staff and Vet Doctor were so compassionate and empathetic. You can see that our grief was their grief. When we picked up our baby Biscuit after being cremated, they were amazing. Very thoughtful and understanding. I can't praise the staff enough. Truly very grateful to have such caring people under these circumstances. Thank you to everyone we encountered.
Brought our sweet Koda to this clinic because he had an inflamed stomach which here in LA, they recommended an Ultrasound but were charging us $1,200 just for the Ultrasound. We decided to do some research and came upon this clinic with very good prices. Drove our sweet Koda from LA to AZ for an Ultrasound and unfortunately, we found out he had a mass/ tumor. Dr. Sandigo was very thorough with explaining the process of mass/ tumor removal. He was very nice and gentle. Anna, his nurse was also a sweetheart. Our sweet Koda went into surgery but unfortunately, did not make it out. Dr. Sandigo did not sugarcoat anything when speaking to us about the risks of continuing a surgery that can be fatal. Unfortunately the mass/ tumor was bigger and extreme than expected. Although we are terribly heartbroken that we have lost a part of our family, we are very thankful for Dr. Sandigo, Anna and the staff at The Pet Clinic for doing everything possible to take care of our sweet Koda. He is now in a better place playing with his best bud, Plumis. Thank you again Dr. Sandigo and staff!
This office is excellent. I contacted them regarding an issue with my dog’s paw, and they were able to schedule an appointment promptly. The front office staff, veterinary technician, and doctor were all professional, friendly, and compassionate. I would highly recommend this office, and their pricing is very reasonable.
A friend recommended the Pet Clinic after we had two misdiagnosed issues with our dog at another clinic south of Yuma. They got us in the day after I called. We were treated like long time clients. Actually listened to what we had experienced with our dog. Vet tech and the vet spent a lot of time with us. Properly diagnosed and treated our pet. Had a follow up in a week. Could not be more pleased. I have already recommended them to someone else.
Jacobo Zabludovsky had bad case of diarrhea, fungus on his skin, and a eye hair growth bothering him. He was a very sick 7mo old frenchie. The doc and staff were great with him, treated him for a couple of months and now he's the happiest awkward French bulldog. Thanks to this vet, he's a normal young dog now. I couldn't be happier with their services.
They are amazing and caring. Every time I thought I may be overreacting about my girl Feyre not being ok...... they listened and they cared, and after all of it they diagnosed my girl and got her on the medications and care she needs. I cannot thank the entire staff enough for the love they showed my girls and me. You are all angels, and I can never thank you enough ...
My 17-year-old family member was put to sleep yesterday. It was my first visit to The Pet Clinic. I was given an appointment two days after I called. My initial contact by phone was with a caring professional. I was equally impressed with caregiver at the clinic. She addressed all of my concerns and made me feel as comfortable as I could be under circumstances. She conveyed my concerns to Dr. Sandigo, who then addressed them all with me. I was reluctant to lose my baby and half-convinced myself that she wasn't ready to move on. We talked about my thoughts and feelings. I realized I was biased and a bit in denial. When we were done talking I knew it was time to say goodbye. Everyone at the clinic made our experience a very positive one. I will return with other pets. Thank you.
ALL the staff was amazing absolutely the best very professional very understanding very very caring!!!! I took my dog Kenaii in for swelling on the left side of his face. The service was the best made kenaii feel right at home!!!! And was able to send me home with a prescription......he is doing great now thank you pet clinic staff !!!!!❤️😀 I definitely recommend them and I will be returning for any other things that might come up with Kenaii..... We are full time RVers so we travel 12 months of the year. We have 2 dogs and go to many vets across the country. I have to say Dr. Sandigo is by far the best veterinarian we ever encountered including his very friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend this vet. Looking forward to bringing my fur babies back to this vet when we come back to Yuma this Fall.
