Kaitlyn Bahrs
Veterinarian
Originally from the mountains of Virginia, Dr Bahrs received her Bachelors Degree in 2020 from Virginia Tech, where she majored in Animal and Poultry Sciences. Before venturing to veterinary school, Dr Bahrs gained valuable experience as a kennel attendant/assistant in a small animal general practice clinic and as a farm technician on a beef cow-calf farm. These opportunities are what inspired Dr Bahrs to pursue the mixed animal track at Midwestern University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2025. Some of Dr Bahrs professional interests include preventative care to help ensure your pets stay healthy, spay/neuter procedures, and client education. And while yes, she does miss those Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, the cacti and dry heat of Arizona have persuaded her to stay and join Dr Sandigo’s team so she can proudly serve you and your pets.
